All prices are FOB Stone Tile Depot warehouses and subject to change without
prior notice.

Confirm price, size and availability when placing container orders.

For all common carrier shipments, selection of the carrier is the customer’s
responsibility. We currently offer UPS for sample shipments, and common carrier
for residential and commercial shipments. If the destination is in NJ, VA, FL,
we might offer better prices through other shipping companies.

We assume no responsibility for freight rate quoted, trucking company
discounts, etc. Shipments rates are quoted online during your checkout process.
If the shipment information is not entered correctly during the checkout
process, the customer is responsible to pay additional charges that may occur
due to the re-routing of the merchandise.

We are in no way responsible for lost or damaged shipments. It is the
customer’s responsibility to file a claim for lost or damaged shipments with
the trucking company. Please inspect upon receipt to make sure
that it is not damaged.

We also offer freight collect for your convenience.

Natural stone is a product of nature and is therefore subject to natural
variation of color, shading, veins, markings and texture from piece to piece.

No claims will be accepted after the materials are installed. We extend no
guarantees, expressed or implied, as to slipperiness, wear resistance or
maintenance procedures.

All natural stone is subject to some wearing or scratching over time. Food and
other acids may stain or etch the surfaces of some stones. Please read our
maintenance tips at Stone Care section.

All borders and mosaics are mesh mounted on paper or plastic.

We recommend sealing all natural stone.

Shade variation is an inherent characteristic of natural stone.

Only full size samples are available. All samples will be charged at list price
plus shipping charges and a $5.00 handling fee included in the shipping
charges.

Large size sample orders may be cut to fit the shipping terms and conditions of
UPS.
