Do I need a business account to get wholesale prices?+
No. Volume pricing follows the quantity and the material rather than a licence. Builders, designers and contractors do get trade terms, and a homeowner tiling a whole house is quoted the same way.
Is there a minimum order?+
It depends on the material. Some stone prices down at a pallet, some at a few hundred square feet. Send the size of the job and we will tell you which tier it falls into.
Can I get samples before committing to a large order?+
Yes, and on a large order you should. Order the swatches first, look at them in the light of the actual room, then release the pallet.
Do wholesale orders ship or do I collect them?+
Both. Full pallets go out by freight to a curbside address, and anything in stock can be collected from the warehouse holding it.
