The small sheet in the Baroque set
Desing Bm 101 is a honed marble waterjet mosaic cut from Athens Grey Light, supplied on a 4 by 7 1/2 sheet. It is the smallest module in this collection, covering 0.2 square feet a sheet, with ten to a box.
Design
A tighter repeat
A smaller sheet means the pattern repeats more often across a given area, which reads as a denser texture than the larger sheets in the same series produce. Honing keeps the grey matte so the cut lines carry the design. Variation is slight and the sheet is 3/8 inch thick. Matching marble tiles and trims exist in the same stone, including a pencil liner and an andorra profile.

Where to use it
Approved across the house
Very little indoors falls outside what this carries. Walls and floors both appear, in homes and in commercial premises alike, and wet areas are included on walls as well as underfoot. Living room, kitchen and bathroom are the rooms named. Two square feet fill a box, which is not much, and a wall or floor of 60 square feet would swallow 35 of them once offcuts are counted. That economics points the piece at a niche, a band or a panel.
Small unit
Two square feet a box, so quantities climb fast on anything large.

A niche or a band suits it better than a whole surface.

Care
Seal after installation and again every one to two years. Acids mark marble on contact, so wipe spills promptly and stay with a pH neutral stone cleaner rather than bleach or ammonia.
