Although I ultimately didn’t end up ordering from this site for my tile, I was thoroughly impressed with the customer service I received from Manny, who went above and beyond to get me a real-time photo of the terrazzo tile I was interested in for my client. In this day and age, it’s really convenient to make a design decision over the internet, but what you see online isn’t always a true depiction of a product’s size or color. Fortunately, I was able to get a real-time photo of the product thanks to Manny and it DID match up with the online one, it just wasn’t exactly what my client wanted.
That being said, I wouldn’t hesitate to come back again in the future and confidently purchase!
