I gave 5 stars because the customer service was great, especially Marium and Emily. They were very helpful and caring, so thank you. My tiles eventually arrived safely, after the freight company initially delivered my tiles at a tile and marble store for no clear reason. My other reservation is the shipping cost, which was disproportionately higher than any other tiles store. At any rate, tile selections, prices and ordering process were great
